Please note that the answers only apply to applications to become a Flight Attendant for Lufthansa CityLine.
Through Shared Leadership, you will automatically be able to work as an independent flight attendant (Senior Flight Attendant) after 12 months (no purser system / no CDC on board Lufthansa CityLine aircraft).
After approx. three years of employment, there is the possibility of taking on an additional function, for example within crew training (on board or in the training center), personnel selection or in other specialist areas.
