Training courses continue to start regularly at both locations. The exact dates will be planned successively and as required. We will coordinate your respective training date with you. The training course may start a maximum of one year after your positive selection day.
The training lasts approximately 12-13 weeks in total.
During the training, you will receive an expense allowance of 585,00€ gross per month, pro rata temporis if applicable.
In addition, you will receive a one-time expense allowance of 500,00€ gross.
The costs for uniform shoes and crew luggage must be borne by you. Lufthansa will cover the costs for the basic uniform equipment.
The training courses take place all day from Monday to Friday, in exceptional cases also on Saturdays. The two trainee flights can also extend over a weekend.
You are required to have health insurance from the first day of training. If you do not yet have health insurance, we ask you to take out insurance immediately with a health insurance company of your choice.
Yes, there is a seamless transition between the end of the training and the employment contract. You are covered by social insurance from the first day of training until the end of your employment contract and you will receive money throughout.
