After successfully completing the application process, you will first receive a training contract and, upon successful completion of the basic training, an employment contract.
The salary is stated in gross, although allowances may be treated differently for tax purposes.
Yes. For the entire duration of the basic training in Munich / Schwaig, you will be provided with a hotel room in the immediate vicinity of the training center in case you live more than 50 km away from our training center in Schwaig.
The training salary is EUR 500.00 gross per month. The training costs are covered by Lufthansa City Airlines.
In addition, you will receive free accommodation at the Moxy Munich Airport Hotel / Schwaig for the entire training period if your main residence is located more than 50 km away from the training location.
Thanks to numerous pay grade levels you have the opportunity to advance financially at Lufthansa City Airlines. We offer attractive and competitive working conditions with an appealing gross salary, including a tax-free flight allowance, of €2,349 up to €3,500 (with corresponding development) per month for full-time work (based on 65 block hours). Additional flight hour compensation is paid from the 66th block hour/month.
Lufthansa City Airlines covers the entire cost of the initial uniform.
