Cabin Crew at Eurowings

You can find all the stations where we are looking for staff in our job postings. During the application process, you can choose one or more preferred stations. By the time of the Assessment Center, you will need to choose your preferred station. Please note that due to parallel processes, such as internal transfer requests, the need for certain stations might be covered earlier.

As a point-to-point airline, Eurowings connects people and destinations on short- and medium-haul flights across Europe, to North Africa, and the Middle East.
For you as a crew member, this means that, usually, you will start your shifts from your home base and return the same day.
However, sometimes a shift may start at a different station, or on longer medium-haul routes – like to Dubai – you might need to stay overnight. We ensure that legal working time limits are respected and you have sufficient rest and safety time.

To ensure a smooth application process, please submit the following documents:

  • Your current CV
  • Certificates and work references
  • A valid, unrestricted passport (and work permit if necessary)
  • Proof of previous flight experience and a Cabin Crew Attestation (EASA Part-CC), if available
  • A valid reliability check according to §7 LuftSiG

In addition to the option to work full-time, we offer several attractive part-time models.

Your training will initially be full-time – your part-time model will only apply from the month after successfully completing your training. It is best to choose the work model you want when applying. If you are invited to the Assessment Center, you can finalize your choice there.

Our current fleet consists of aircraft from the Airbus A320 family, the world’s leading model for short and medium-haul flights. Our aircraft are continuously updated to provide the best possible travel experience.

We are also excited about a strong decision from the Lufthansa Group: Eurowings will receive 40 brand-new Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft. These modern jets offer more capacity, are significantly quieter and more fuel-efficient, an important step in strengthening our competitiveness. The first aircraft is expected to be produced and delivered in 2027. Gradually, the new planes will replace the Airbus A319 fleet and older A320 models. However, Eurowings will continue to operate an Airbus fleet.
