Application

The application process from submitting the application to receiving a contract offer, in the event of a positive outcome, takes an average of 2-4 months. Since the duration depends on several factors, such as the response time of authorities, there may be variations upwards or downwards.

For a complete application, you must upload a high school diploma, a resume, and work certificates as attachments. In the case of a foreign school diploma, we require a corresponding recognition in Germany. Please submit your documents in German or English language.

After we have registered you at the beginning, there will be an initial personal interview. Then you will take a cognitive test on the computer. If you pass this successfully, there will be another, more detailed interview. In the final step, you will complete an online personality test. You will find out on the spot whether we can welcome you in our team soon. Please plan for your selection day around 4-5 hours.

Visible piercings are generally not allowed. The exception to this is inconspicuous ear studs.

Tattoos must not be visible. If a tattoo is located in a place not covered by a short-sleeved blouse or skirt/dress, it must be a small tattoo (guideline: approx. 2cm) and must be completely covered during working hours (preferably by using alternative uniform items such as a long-sleeved shirt instead of a short-sleeved shirt or pants instead of a skirt/dress).

If the tattoo cannot be covered by uniform items, it must be covered in such a way that neither the tattoo nor the covering (e.g. camouflage makeup) are noticeable.

Band-aids or similar are not allowed for covering. Regardless of size, a tattoo must not be visible in the head, neck, décolleté, or hand area.
