Maintenance/ Eurowings Technik

In consultation with your team and provided your role allows it, working from home is possible. However, we currently do not offer full-time remote work, and you will have regular in-office days with your team.

We work in three shifts: early, late, and night shifts. Our planned aircraft maintenance typically occurs during the night shift.

As an engineer, you will be part of the administrative department at Eurowings Technik. The headquarters are located in Cologne. Typically, you will work from the office or home office. At our operational location in the hangar in Düsseldorf, where the technical maintenance of our aircraft takes place, you will only be there occasionally.

Our corporate language is German. The number of non-German-speaking colleagues is steadily increasing, and we strive to foster an inclusive environment, so communication is increasingly happening in English as well.

Through internal training programs, there are opportunities for professional development. We either use our internal portfolio within the Lufthansa Group or external providers. During regular development discussions, we offer our employees such individual opportunities.

Experience the world with friends and family with attractive flight discounts within the Star Alliance and with other partner airlines. After 12 months of employment, you will also receive an annual free flight within the Eurowings network – perfect for discovering new destinations yourself.
