Lufthansa offers the contract models Full-time, 91.67%, 66,48% - unlimited at the Frankfurt and Munich locations.
The working time model of 91,67% is with one work-free month in the winter schedule period in the calendar year. The free month will be in Nov, Jan, Feb or Mar. Lufthansa is responsible for the allocation.
The working time model with 66.48% is a seasonal working time model with a lower proportion of work in the winter months (January, February, November and December) and a higher proportion of work in the summer months (March to October).
Within the framework of the annual part-time assignment, you can apply (after 18 months at the earliest) for a different working time model.
You entered a working time model when you submitted your application in the career portal. You can verify this in the career portal at any time up to the start of the training.
It is generally possible to change your working hours, either by increasing or reducing them.
However, there are deadlines to be observed.
A reduction or increase in working hours is possible up to a maximum of 4 weeks before the start of the course via the Cabin Recruiting Team.

Depending on the working time model, the exemption months include January, February, March and/or November. This reflects the seasonality (summer/winter schedule) of the flight program.
Generally, Lufthansa makes the allocation of the exemption month(s). Requests for changes can be considered if necessary.
In full-time the basic salary is 2.262,10 € gross, plus a shift allowance of 16.3% of the basic salary.
In the 91.67% model, the basic salary is 2.073,66 € gross, plus a shift allowance of 16.3% of the basic salary.
In the 66.48% model, the basic salary is 1.503,85 € gross, plus a shift allowance of 16.3% of the basic salary.
Since the above-mentioned working time models are calendar year models in which the percentage of working time is calculated based on the period from 1 January to 31 December of a calendar year, the remuneration is recalculated for the working time worked in the calendar year if the employee enters these working time models during the year.
The salary progression is at most up to the final step of “table 1” for Flight Attendants (step 8). To be able to change to “table 2” (further salary levels for flight attendants), a part-time further training to become a specialist consultant for service management (m/f/divers) (IHK) must be completed.
Yes, each employee receives a supplement to the holiday pay of 1,250.00 gross with the remuneration in the month of May, provided that the employment relationship has been uninterrupted since 1 June of the previous year and does not end before 31 May of the current year.
Employees whose employment begins or ends during this period shall receive the supplement pro rata according to the number of months of employment.
The supplement will be increased by € 204.52 gross for each child of the employee. The increment for the same child is only granted for one employee in the company.
The respective supplement is reduced according to the proportion of working time.
The daily expenses rates are EUR 50.40 for continental and EUR 57.60 for intercontinental assignments.

Model 91.67% = 39 days per calendar year
Model 66,48% = 39 days per calendar year plus an additional 7 days off in November, December, January and February.
You will receive your employment contract after successfully completing the training and the associated familiarization flights.
You have a probationary period of 6 months from the beginning of the employment contract.
For standby assignments, you must arrive at the airport within one hour. Accordingly, it is advisable to live in the surrounding area.
