You will receive an email with information about how your interview will be organized and when it will take place.
The date allocation for the aptitude test always depends on the amount of positions needing filled, along with the amount of applicants and their reaction time. You will however be immediately informed per email as soon as new information is available.
For some entry positions, such as i.e. certain vocational training positions and study courses, a telephone interview is part of the application process. During the telephone interview we would like to find out certain things about you that can’t solely be determined from your online application or online tests. We will have a 10-15 minute conversation on the phone in order for us to gain a more detailed impression of your previous development, your service orientation, your English conversation skills, etc.
During the telephone interview we would like to get to know you better. Of particular importance to us are an open-minded personality and good English language skills.
